Join a health club or News Feed where you see videos/blogs of self-motivation and what to eat in a day to keep you healthy, wealthy and wise #LoveYourself
  3. Take that Break - There is no shame if you feel overstressed, sick or just need to slow down from your daily hassles. Just go for a short holiday outing, read a novel, join yoga group which will make you feel rejuvenated and relaxed
  4. Be brave and follow your heart - It takes great courage to follow your heart, and give yourself enough time to make things right. We all have to deal with problems and learn lessons the hard way, But to beat the stress, you need to be selfish and make yourself a priority. Be kind; motivate others to choose a healthy lifestyle.   5. Money cannot buy happiness - Most of the people run behind money and think money brings them happiness and success. But surely cannot buy happiness. Money may help you in your short term goal, but in your long term having a healthy and secure lifestyle is the only thing you need.
